사회적기업 조직구성원의 조직몰입이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 -조직시민행동의 매개효과- = The Effect of Social Enterprise Workers` Organizational Commitment on Organizational Performance -The Mediating Role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Although many researches have been conducted to explore how organizational commitment influences organizational performance, there are almost complete lack of awareness of social enterprise workers in Korea. To fill this gap, this study examined the effect of social enterprise worker’s organizational commitment on organizational performance. Also we examined the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior on organizational commitment and organizational performance. To test the proposed research model and hypotheses, the data were collected from 75 social enterprises in Busan and Ulsan. After the analysis of reliability and validity was conducted by SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0, the results of model fit index showed x2=207.531(d/f=85, p=.000), CMIN/DF=2.442, RMR=.043, GFI=.873, TLI=.905, and CFI=.923.The results of this study were as followings; 1) organizational commitment was positively related to organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance. 2) organizational citizenship behavior was positively related to organizational performance. 3) organizational citizenship behavior mediated the effect of organizational commitment on organizational performance. In summary, all hypotheses were supported. The limitations and directions for future research were also discussed in the conclusion.
