Mouse splenocytes were immunized using several conditioned media in vitro for recombinant human growth hormone and antibody responses were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The mixture of three culture supernatnants of PHA stimulated nonadherant splenocytes to fetal calf serum PHA stimulated adherant splenocytes and PHA stimulated thymocytes were the most effective conditioned media for in-vitro immunization. We could increase antibody response in in-vitro immunization through using these conditioned media.
