논문 : 시적 주체의 탄생과 경성 아케이드의 시적 고찰 ; 30년대 모더니즘 문학과 장 콕토 예술의 공유점에 대해서 = Paper : The Birth of the Poetic Subject and Poetic Reflections on the Kyoungsung-arcade ; Focusing on the relationship between Jean Cocteau`s art and Korean Modernist Literature of the 1930s

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국의 30년대 모더니즘 문학을 특징짓는 것 중의 하나는 시인의 자기탐구, 혹은 문학의 자기반영성이라는 테마가 중요한 문제로 제시된다는 점이다. 그리고 이러한 문학의 자기반영성은 근대 미학의 미적주체성의 확립에 근거한다. 외부 현실에 대한 미메시스로 규정되었던 문학 혹은 예술은 이제 ``자기``를 표현하고, ``자기``를 재현한다. 그런데 이렇게 ``자기``를 지시한다고 했을 때에는 필연적으로 발화주체와 발화행위 주체 사이의 분열을 수반할 수밖에 없다. 그리고 이러한 분열의 경험 속에서 언어라는 상징의 그물망으로부터 후퇴하여 스스로의 정체성을 파열하고 재구성하는 시적 주체가 탄생한다. 김기림의 ``움직이는 주관``은 특정한 정체성으로 보호받고 있는 사유 주체로서의 단일한 인격성을 완전히 해체시켜 끊임없는 정체성의 파열을 야기하는 것으로, 유동하는 현실을 사유하고 포착하기 위해 김기림이 새롭게 제안하고 있는 독특한 주체론이다. 즉, ``움직이는 주관``이란 전통적인 저자의 지위를 대신하는 텍스트 주체에 대한 김기림 식의 호명이며, 예술이라는 제도나 특정한 이념에 갇혀있는 자폐적 주체 개념의 파기라고 할 수 있다. 김기림의 이러한 주체론은 장 콕토의 ``각도`` 개념과 밀접한 관련성을 갖는다. 이와 같은 논의를 바탕으로 본 논문은 장 콕토 예술과 관련하여 30년대 모더니즘 문학에서 시적 주체가 탄생하는 지점을 살펴보며, 실재와 허구, 삶과 예술의 경계를 무화하는 텍스트성의 맥락 속에서 30년대 모더니즘 연구에서 중요하게 다루어진 테마라 할 수 있는 거리 시학의 문제를 콕토의 ``각도`` 개념과 함께 논의해보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The theme known as the self-enquiry of a poet or the self-reference of literature is the one of the characteristic trends of Korean Modernist Literature of the 1930s. And the self-reference of literature is based on the establishment modern aesthetic subjectivity. Before literature and art is regarded as the mimesis of the outside world, but now it represents itself. When it indicate oneself, it must be split inevitably. And the subject of poetic subject comes into being who bursts and rebuilds self-identity by withdrawing oneself form a web of the symbolic in the experience of the division. Kim Kirim`s peculiar concept called moving subject is defined as constant burst of self-identity a specified identity protects single personality as a cogito. Namely, moving subject is a kind of modern text-subject and the destruction of the concept of the autistic subject that has been confined in the system as art and the idea. His concept called moving subject is relevant to the angle of Jean Cocteau. This paper is intended to explain the meaning of poetic subject and, under such an account, to reconstruct the poetics of the Kyoungsung street.
