학교부적응아동과 ADHD아동, 일반아동의 언어적 특성 비교: K-WISC-Ⅲ, 실행기능검사, 문장완성도 검사를 중심으로 = A Comparative Study on Linguistic Traits in K-WISC-Ⅲ, Exactive Functional Test and Sentence Complete Test among ADHD, Maladjustment, and Normal Children

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학교부적응 아동과 ADHD아동의 K-WISC-Ⅲ검사, 실행기능검사, 문장완성검사에서 나타난 언어적 특성을 비교하는 연구로써 대구 경북 지역에 거주하고 있는 초등학생 19명(ADHD 3명, 학교부적응 8명, 일반 8명)을 대상으로 실시하였다. 이론적 근거에 따라 동작성 지능과 지각적 요소의 차이를 통제하고, K-WISC-Ⅲ의 언어성 검사 중 상식, 공통성, 어휘, 이해의 네 영역과 실행기능검사의 단어유창성, 문장완성 검사를 통해 집단별 언어적 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, ADHD아동집단과 학교부적응아동집단은 일반아동집단에 비해 상식, 공통성, 어휘, 이해영역에서 유의미하게 낮은 점수를 보였으며, 특히 학교부적응아동 집단이 일반아동집단에 비해 공통성 영역에서, ADHD아동집단과 학교부적응아동집단이 일반아동집단에 비해 이해영역에서 유의미하게 낮은 점수를 나타내었다. 단어유창성 검사에서는 ADHD 및 학교부적응아동집단이 일반아동집단에 비해 유의미하게 낮은 점수를 나타내었으며, 특히 학교부적응아동집단이 일반아동집단에 비해 유의미하게 낮았다. 문장완성검사에서는 문장이해, 문장구성, 한글 맞춤법에서 학교부적응아동집단은 한글 맞춤법에서 대상집단의 25%의 맞춤법오류가 있었지만, ADHD아동집단의 경우 대상집단의 50%의 맞춤법 오류와 이중서술형태, 시제사용이나 숫자/글자의 혼합 등 질적 수준에서 차이가 크게 나타났다. 그러므로 ADHD아동집단과 학교부적응아동집단, 일반아동집단은 각 집단별 언어적 특성에 있어서 양적이고 질적인 차이를 지니며 특히 ADHD아동집단과 학교부적응아동집단은 양적차이보다 질적인 차이를 지님으로 학업적 문제에 있어서 다른 접근의 중재방법이 제공될 필요가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study were to figure out difference of the linguistic traits in K-WISC-Ⅲ, Executive Functional Test and Sentence Complete Test among ADHD and Maladjusted and Normal Children. The Participants were 19 elementary students who live in Daegu and Kyungsang-do(3 in ADHD, 8 in maladjustment, 8 in control). The linguistic characters were analyzed using ANOVA and post-hoc, also we made a category of similar traits and reviewed it after taking KEDI-WISC, EF task and SCT. The results of this study were as follow. Firstly, the analysis of variances of Information, Similarities, Vocabulary, and Comprehension Index indicated significant mean difference for ADHD and Maladjusted groups, with the lower scores in these groups rather in Control. In post-hoc, maladjusted group showed significant mean differences for Similarities from the Control, and this is true for ADHD and Maladjusted groups in Comprehension Index. Secondly, WD a Fluency of EF`s task indicated significant mean difference for ADHD and maladjusted groups, with the lower scores in these groups rather in Control, In post-hoc, maladjusted group showed significant lower scores from the Control. Third, Maladjusted groups and ADHD written SCT and they made a mistake in spelling. Also ADHD groups were qualitative different from maladjusted group in writing skill. Therefore, this study showed difference these group`s linguistic traits among ADHD, Maladjusted and Normal children. So, we suggested to develop education program for linguistic skills for each groups.
