      The study is aimed to analyze the effect of hair management behavior due to lifestyle and idol celebrity interest of college students. For it, life style, idol celebrity interest and hair management behavior comes from
      demographic characteristics are investigated.
      The survey is conducted for 525 college students living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do province and other areas by extracted sample biased. And ultimately 499 surveys are selected except 26 surveys which are filled out
      insincerely.
      The questionnaire items are total 76 questions by four sections related to demographic characteristics, lifestyles, young celebrity interests and hair management behaviors. The demographic characteristics are
      compromised of six questions - sex, age, grade, college, location and majority field. Lifestyles are ompromised of twenty questions - fashion consciousness, practicality and so on. Young celebrity interests are compromised of eighteen questions - hair style interests, public interests and idol interests. And air management behaviors are compromised of thirty two questions - characteristic pursuit behavior, withdrawn behavior and so on.
      The analysis result of the study is as in the following.
      The collected questionnaire are analyzed in SPSS window 18.0 program.
      The analytic techniques are frequency analysis and percentage to understand demographic characteristics of the study's objects and to understand factorial analysis, one-way dispersion analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.
      Lifestyles by factorial analysis to verify validity draw five factors -fashion pursuit, aesthetic display, practicality, conservativeness and authoritarianism. Idol celebrity interests draw three factors - hair style interests, public interests and idol interests. And hair management behavior draw six factors - characteristic pursuit behavior, aesthetic pursuit behavior, hair & scalp management behavior, imitation behavior, expediential behavior and withdrawn behavior.
      The demographic characteristics of study's objects and its difference are analyzed. The authoritarianism in differences of sex is the only questionnaire that men is higher that women and the other questionnaires
      are that women is higher that men. In the difference of age, getting old makes aesthetic hair pursuit behavior, hair & scalp management behavior, expediential behavior get higher. In the difference of college majors,
      students in art, music & physical education make fashion pursuit, aesthetic pursuit, characteristic pursuit behavior, hair & scalp management behavior get higher. And students in liberal art & society education make
      conservatism, hair style interest, public interest, idol interest, imitation behavior and expediential behavior get higher.
      The correlation of life style, idol celebrity interest and hair management behavior are analyzed to know each factor's relations. By the result, expediential behavior is not related to public idol interest, characteristic
      pursuit behavior, fashion pursuit, aesthetic display and authoritarianism.
      The conservatism is not related to characteristic pursuit, fashion pursuit aesthetic display, hair style interest, public interest, imitation behavior and withdrawn behavior.
      The study confirms six hypothesis and six hypothesis are verified by multiple regression analysis.
      Hypothesis 1 : By the hypothesis test result of that 'lifestyles and idol celebrity interests of college students have an effect on characteristic pursuit in hair management behaviors', higher fashion pursuit, aesthetic
      display in lifestyles and higher hair style interests, public interest for idol celebrities and lower conservative tendency make characteristic pursuit in hair management behaviors higher.
      Hypothesis 2 : By the hypothesis test result of that 'llifestyles and idol celebrity interests of college students have an effect on aesthetic hair pursuit behaviors', higher fashion pursuit , aesthetic display in lifestyles
      and higher hair style interests for idol celebrities make aesthetic hair pursuit behaviors higher.
      Hypothesis 3 : By the hypothesis test result of that lifestyles and idol celebrity interests of college students have an effect on hair & scalp management behaviors', higher fashion pursuit, aesthetic pursuit, aesthetic
      display, practical in lifestyles and lower authoritarianism make hair & scalp management behaviors higher.
      Hypothesis 4 : By the hypothesis test result of that lifestyles and idol celebrity interests of college students have an effect on imitative hair management behaviors', higher aesthetic display, authoritarianism in lifestyles and hair style interests for idol celebrities make imitative hair management behaviors higher.
      Hypothesis 5 : By the hypothesis test result of that lifestyles and idol celebrity interests of college students have an effect on expediential hair management behaviors', higher practicality, authority tendency in lifestyles and hair style interests for idol celebrities make expediential hair management behaviors.
      Hypothesis 6 : By the hypothesis test result of that lifestyles and idol celebrity interests of college students have an effect on withdrawn hair management behaviors', higher aesthetic display in lifestyles and idol hair style & idol interests for celebrities make hair management behaviors higher.
      Above the result, lifestyles and idol celebrity interests of college students have an effect on hair management behaviors by sex, age, difference of major fields.
      The production of manuals to analyze the most preferred hair styles and hair management behaviors which reflect life styles of college students and interests for idol celebrities would assist beauty care service for needs
      and data services for marketing.
