      The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of physical movement ability on wrestlers taking the creatine and the glucose. During 8 weeks, measurement items were body composition(In body 3.0) and Cybex. And necessary fitness in wrestling was measured by chin-up, sit-up, running(100M and 1000M) and standing broad jump.
      The subject divided 4 groups that are taking creatine and glucose group(N-10), creatine group(N-10), glucose group(N-10) and control group(N-10).
      The result of this study as follow;
      1. There was significant difference in among groups in body composition (P<0.05) and there was significantly decreased in among groups in % body fat (P<0.05)
      2. There was significant difference in among groups that developed muscle ability in right quad leg(P<0.05), significant average power in right quad leg(P<0.01), significant difference in integrity a flexor muscle(P<0.01), and significant average power in among groups(P<0.01)
      3. There was no significant difference in among groups in urine creation.
      4. Running(100M)group had significant difference in among groups (P<0.001), sit-up group had significant difference(P<0.05) and running(1000M)group had significant difference in among groups(P<0.05)
      A result of through of process as stated above, have a effected a body composition and the thigh a flexor muscle of fake in creatine, glucose.
      However didn't bring out change of urine creatine also, have a effected of affirmative to a body strength of measurement.
