지구온나화에 대비한 전력부문 에너지절감 대응방안 연구 = A Study on the Energy Conservation in electricity Sector

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근들어 지구환경문제에 대한 관심이 점차 고조되고 있으며, 특히 온실가스배출증가에 의한 지구온난화가 가장 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. 우리나라는 1960년대 초반 경제개발정책 추진시 시멘트, 제철, 석유화학등과 같은 에너지다소비업 위주의 산업정책을 추진한 결과, 현재까지도 에너지의 사용이 많은 현황이다. 최근 국민소득의 증대로 인한 에너지사용의 절대량의 증가와 전력, 가스와 같은 고급에너지의 사용급증으로 에너지수입액의 비중도 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 여기에서는 온실가스배출의 약 20%를 차지하고 있는 전력부문의 온실가스 배출현황과 절감대책에 대하여 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 전력부문의 절감대책을 공급, 수요, 해외부문으로 나누어 이를 분석하였다. 저탄소배출형의 발전, 효율증진, 그리고 국제 협력을 통한 다양한 포트폴리오 정책이 추진되어야겠다.

Recently, an attention on the global environmental problem is increasing, especially, global warming issue gets more and more attention. Korean government has been focused the high energy consuming industries such as steel, cement, petro-chemical industry during the national development movement in early 1960. In that results, our energy consumption still takes a large portion of national economy. Most recently, due to the increase of the national income, the amount of energy consumption has been enlarging and the portion of luxurious energy such as gas and electricity has been steadily growing. As a result, the percentage of the energy import has been also growing. In this paper, greenhouse gas status and its reduction policy in the electricity sector which takes about 20% of whole greenhouse gas emission were reviewed and introduced. Three areas such as supply, demand, foreign parts were introduced and explained individually. Low carbon emission power plant, efficients improvements, and international cooperatoin are the major methods which will be conformed with portpolio policy.
