라이프스타일에 따른 주욕구에 대한 연구 = (A) study on housing needs according to types of lifestyle

국문 초록 (Abstract)

주거를 개발함에 있어서 가장 고려해야 할 중요한 사항 중 하나는 거주자들의 주거에 대한 요구들을 정확하게 분석하는 것이다. 주거에 대한 요구 및 기대사항은 시대의 흐름에 따라서 변화하고 다양화하고 있다. 그러므로 거주자들의 라이프스타일을 정확하게 파악하여 그들의 주거에 대한 욕구를 분석하는 것은 주택계획을 세우는 데 있어 매우 중요하다.$$a$$a본 연구의 목적은 라이프스타일에 따른 거주자들의 주거에 대한 욕구에 대하여 파악하고 그들간의 관계에 대해 분석하여 다양한 거주자의 요구에 맞게끔 주택계획을 세우기 위한 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구방법은 문헌조사와 설문지 조사를 병행하였다. 조사대상은 30대이상의 남녀로서 285명을 대상으로 하였다. 조사 내용은 조사 대상자의 사회？인구학적 특성 및 주택 특성, 라이프스타일, 주욕구의 중요도, 주욕구에 의한 주거기능으로 구성하였으며, 자료의 분석은 통계를 이용한 수량화 분석으로 하였다.$$a$$a연구결과는 다음과 같다.$$a$$a조사 대상자들의 라이프스타일 유형은 전통주의적 보수형(11.8%), 물질주의적 신봉건형(24.8%), 현실 동조형(23.7%), 진보주의적 보보스형(29.4%), 현실 비판주의형(10.3%)의 5가지 유형으로 분류되었다.$$a$$a첫째, 전통주의적 보수형은 40~50대 여성이 대부분이며 주부가 가장 많은 유형으로 전통적인 가치를 중요시하며, 자식들을 잘 살 수 있게 해주는 것이 삶의 목표이다. 사회문제에는 관심이 없으며, 물질적인 것에 많은 가치를 두지 않는 유형이다. 이 유형은 자연재해로부터 안전한 주거의 기능을 중요하게 생각한다. 공동을 위한 휴식공간을 매우 선호하며, 가사노동이 편리한 홈 오토메이션이 잘 되어 있는 주거를 원하며, 깔끔하고 무난한 스타일의 실내 마감재를 선호한다.$$a$$a둘째, 물질주의적 신봉건형은 30~40대의 사무직 종사자들이 많은 유형이며 특히 남성들 중 가장 많이 속하는 유형이다. 이 유형은 자신의 가족이 경제적으로 풍요롭게 사는 것을 중요하게 생각하며, 남아선호사상을 중요시하고, 보수적인 면이 있으며, 물질주의적인 유형이다. 이 유형은 가족들의 건강을 위한 주거기능에 대해 중요하게 생각한다. 또한 접대실을 주거 내에 배치하길 바라며, 브랜드 아파트를 선호하며, 주거의 경제적인 가치를 고려한다.$$a$$a셋째, 현실 동조형은 30대 사무직, 전문직, 주부가 가장 많다. 이 유형은 뚜렷하게 높은 성향이 별로 없으며, 대세를 따르는 경향이 강하다. 다만 사회나 정치문제에 관심이 많다. 또한 자기개발과 표현에 익숙하지 않은 유형이다. 이 유형은 대부분의 주거에 대한 욕구에서 특별히 강한 욕구는 없었으며, 보편적인 주거기능에 만족하는 편이다. 다른 유형에 비해서 브랜드아파트를 선호하지 않는 편이다.$$a$$a넷째, 진보주의적 보보스형은 여성들 중 가장 많이 속하는 유형이고 30대 전문직이 가장 많다. 이 유형은 자기개발과 표현에 익숙하며 개인주의적인 면이 있지만 주변 사람들 또한 중요하게 생각한다. 타 문화와 유행에 개방적이며, 인기있는 직업을 원하며, 보수적인 면을 싫어하며 물질적인 유형이다. 이 유형은 거의 모든 주거기능에 대해 중요하게 생각한다. 특히 채광이나 향, 프라이버시를 중요하게 생각한다. 특히 드레스룸을 매우 중요하게 생각하며, 가족간의 시간을 중요하게 생각한다. 또한 단지내의 운동공간을 선호하며, 주거 내에 자신의 개성을 나타내길 원하며, 취미실을 매우 선호한다.$$a$$a다섯째, 현실 비판주의형은 30대 사무직 남성이 가장 많은 유형이다. 이 유형은 사회적으로 인정받거나 인기있는 직업에 관심이 없으며 보수적인 사상을 싫어한다. 개인주의적이지 않지만 타인과 함께 하는 것도 싫어하고 특별히 중요하게 여기거나 높게 나타나는 성향이 없는 유형이다. 이 유형은 주거기능에 가장 무관심한 스타일이다. 특히 다른 유형에 비해서 가족과의 관계와 관련된 기능에 대해 많은 관심을 보이지 않은 유형이며, 브랜드 아파트나 홈 오토메이션, 개성을 표현하거나 심미성을 나타낸 주거에도 관심을 보이지 않는다.$$a$$a조사 대상자들의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 주욕구의 중요도는 라이프스타일 유형들 간에 유의적인 차이를 주지는 않았으며, 진보적 보보스형만 제외한 나머지 유형들은 모두 생리적 주욕구>안전성？안정성의 주욕구>자아실현의 주욕구>사회$$a$$a적 주욕구>자아존중의 주욕구의 순서로 나타났으며 진보적 보보스형은 생리적 주욕구>자아실현의 주욕구>안전성？안정성의 주욕구>사회적 주욕구>자아존중의$$a$$a주욕구의 순서로 나타났다.$$a$$a위와 같은 연구결과를 종합해 보면 라이프스타일 유형에 따라서 많은 차이를 나타내는 주욕구 및 그에 의한 주거기능이 있는 반면 라이프스타일 유형과 관계가 없이 어느 유형에나 중요하게 여겨지는 주욕구 및 주거기능도 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 주거계획 시 고려해야 할 사항은 라이프스타일 유형별로 어떠한 일반적인 특성이 있으며 주거에 대한 욕구는 어떠한지 잘 파악하여 거주자들의 요구대로 만족할 수 있게끔 주거의 여러 기능에 대해 연구하여 개발시키는 것이다$$a$$a

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the context of the development of housing, one of the most important thing is to accurately analyze the housing needs of householders. Housing needs and expectations changed and diversified over time. Therefore, it is very important in designing the housing to analyze the housing needs of householders after we grasp their lifestyle. The purpose of this study is to suggest the housing design plan for satisfying the various householders？ needs by grasping their housing needs and analyzing their relationships according to types of lifestyle.$$a$$aDocument and questionnaire research were used as method of study. The subject of research were 285 people who were over 30 years old. The questionnaire included assessment of general traits, lifestyle, degree of importance of housing needs and function by housing needs. Quantitative analysis was carried out using the windows-based SPSS 11.0 statistics application. The results of the study are the following.$$a$$aThe results were classfied into five different types of lifestyle; traditional conservatives(11.8%), materialistic neo-feudalists(24.8%), realistic follower(23.7%), progressive bobos(29.4%), and realistic critic(10.3%).$$a$$aFirst, the traditional conservative type mostly consisted of 40s-50s female, especially housewife. They value housing functions for safety from natural disasters. They prefer public rest space, home？utomation for household duty. They like simple and neat interior materials.$$a$$aSecond, the materialistic neo-feudalists type mostly consisted of 30s-40s clerical staff, especially male. They value housing functions for the health of their family. And they prefer a reception room, brand apartments and consider the economic value of housing.$$a$$aThird, the realistic follower type mostly consisted of 30s clerical staff, professionals and housewives. They do not have a lot of housing needs specifically. Instead, they are usually satisfied with the usual housing functions. Especially, they do not prefer brand apartments.$$a$$aForth, the progressive bobos type mostly consisted of 30s professionals, especially female. They value almost all of the housing functions, especially, daylighting, exposure of the house and privacy. They also value a dressing room and time with their family in the house. And, they prefer a space for exercise in an apartment development and a space to express their personalities in the house.$$a$$aFifth, the realistic critic type mostly consisted of 30s male clerical staff. They are indifferent to almost all of the housing functions. Especially, they do not consider housing functions for maintaining relationships with their family. They do not value brand apartments, home-automation and a space for their own taste in the house.$$a$$aDegree of importance of housing needs is almost the same according to types of lifestyle, except for the progressive bobos type. The rest of the types show physiological needs > safety needs > self-actualization needs > belonging needs > esteem needs. Progressive bobos type shows$$a$$aphysiological needs > self-actualization needs > safety needs > belonging needs > esteem needs.$$a$$aAs a result, there are housing needs and housing functions which are very different according to types of lifestyle. On the other hand, there are needs and functions that are very important regardless of the lifestyle. Therefore, in the context of the development of housing, the first consideration is to understand the general traits and housing needs according to types of lifestyle, so that the housing functions by housing needs can be developed that satisfy the various householders？ needs.$$a$$a
