청소년의 사이버폭력 유발요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Cyber-Violence Induction Factors of Teenagers: Focused on individual inclination, cyber violence damage experience, and moral consciousness

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 점점 사회적 파급력이 높아지고 있는 사이버공간의 부정적 모습에 대한 문제의식에서 출발하여, 사이버폭력을 파생하는 다양한 개인적ㆍ환경적 유발요인을 도출하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 따라 청소년의 사이버폭력 피해실태에 중점을 두었던 기존 연구와는 달리, 실제 사이버폭력 가해경험자를 대상으로 온라인서베이를 실시하여 사이버폭력 가해경험에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 검증하였다.
우선 폭력경험에 관한 다양한 이론적 논의를 사이버폭력에 접목하여 다음과 같은 영향요인을 설계하였다. 첫째 환경적 요인으로 사이버폭력의 피해경험과 부모의 인터넷 통제 및 관여수준, 그리고 사이버폭력에 대한 처벌경험과 처벌에 대한 기대수준으로 구성되었다. 둘째 개인적 성향 요인으로 공격성과 익명성, 그러고 실재감과 부모에 대한 애착수준으로 구성되었다. 마지막으로 사이버공간에 대한 윤리의식 수준을 영향요인으로 설정하였다.
이러한 다양한 영향요인들이 실질적으로 사이버폭력의 가해경험과 가해 후의 죄책감에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지를 분석한 결과, 사이버폭력에 대한 피해경험이 가해경험을 유발하고 있었으며, 윤리의식 수준과 부모에 대한 애착도가 높을수록 가해경험이 낮게 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 처벌에 대한 기대가 높고, 부모의 통제 및 관여도가 높을수록 가해행위 후의 반성적 인식이 높게 나타났으며, 공격성향이 강할수록 죄책감을 덜 갖고 있음을 검증하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study sets out in critical mind for contradictory situation of cyber space that gradually social far-reaching power is rising, have the aim of deducing various private, environmental induction factors that derive cyber violence. Accordingly, unlike existing study that emphasized in teenagers' cyber violence damage conditions, this study verified factors that affects in cyber violence injury experience through on-line survey to man experienced cyber violence.
Before everything, grafts together various theoretical discussion about violence experience at cyber violence and designed following effect factor. First of all, damage experience of cyber violence and parents' Internet control and participation level for environmental factor, and it was consisted of punishment experience for cyber violence and expectation level about punishment. Second of all, it was consisted of aggression and anonymousness and real existence and attachment level about parents for private inclination factor. Finally, established moral consciousness level in cyber space for effect factor.
According to result that analyze what influence such various effect wrongdoer in cyber space are exerting on a guilty conscience after injury experience of cyber violence and injury substantially, damage experience for cyber violence was causing injury experience. Moreover, injury experience is appearing low as moral consciousness level and attachment level about parents is high. Also, realization appeared high the reflection after injury as expectation about punishment is high, and parents' control and involvement are high and verified have less a guilty conscience as aggression is strong.
