동덕여자대학교 학생생활연구소의 현황과 발전방향에 대한 모색 = The Current Conditon of the Student counseling center of Dongduk Women's University and the Suggestions to the Solutions

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 동덕여자대학교 학생생활연구소의 학생서비스의 질적 향상을 위하여 기초자료 제공의 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구내용은 동덕여자대학교와 서울시 주요 대학 및 외국대학 학생생활연구소의 현황을 비교해 봄으로써 동덕여자대학교 학생생활연구소의 문제점을 파악하고 본 연구소가 지향해야 할 모습을 제시하는 것이었다.
파악된 문제점에 따른 적절한 해결책을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긴급상담과 지속상담이 용이하게 이루어지도록 하기 위해 전문상담인력 채용이 시급하며 둘째, 심리검사 종류의 확충과 다양화를 꾀하여 학생 개개인에게 필요한 검사를 제공 하도록 하고 셋째, 학생참여를 증진시키기 위해 집단상담 및 워크삽을 활성화하여야 할 것이며 넷째, 학년 및 학과에 따른 상담욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 집단상담을 모색하도록 하고 다섯째, 학생생활연구소에 대한 홍보 및 인식개선 사업이 필요한 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the current condition of the student counseling center of Dongduk women's university and to suggest the solutions for the better service. We found the problems of the center by comparing the present condition of the center with other centers of universities situated in Seoul and abroad, and to present a figure that the counseling center of Dongduk women's university should aim at.
The proposed solutions of the problems found in the center are as follows. First, it is very crucial to employ a professional counselor so that urgent counseling can be accomplished very easily and also the on-going counseling can progress continually. Second, it should be able to give the proper tests to the students by expanding the various types of tests. Third, it is necessary to activate group counseling and workshops to promote the participation of students in programs of the center. Fourth, group counseling should be given that meets the different needs that comes from the different major and grades of the students. Fifth, it is necessary that the counseling center of Dongduk women's university become public to students and students realize the necessity of the counseling center.
