지역생활체육 활성화를 위한 서비스 만족도와 개선에 관한 연구 = A Study on Service Satisfaction and Improvement for Activating Sport for All in Community

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This purpose of this study was to investigate service satisfaction and improvement for activating sport for all in community. The subjects of this study is 250 women who participate in participation sport for all. The measurement instrument was the questionnaire, which was used after testing reliability and validity of the items through the pre-test. The statistical analysis methods were conducted such as frequency analysis and one-way ANOVA. The date was collected by using spss 12.0. The independent variable is social population(ages, school career, incomes) and dependent variables was service satisfactions(instructor, facility, other service) and improvements. First, there was any difference between the ages of customer and instructor`s service satisfaction(p<.05). Second, there was any difference between the ages of customer and Facility`s service satisfaction(p<.05). but, there wasn`t any difference between the ages of customer and other service satisfaction(p>.05). Third, there wasn`t any difference between the school careers of customer and service satisfactions(p>.05). Fourth, there wasn`t any difference between the incomes of customer and service satisfactions(p>.05). Fifth, the improvements for activating sport for all was belly dance program and exercise prescription.
