워크넷 이용자의 지각된 품질과 신뢰요인이 지각된 유용성과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 = The Impacts of Perceived Quality and Trust on Perceived Usefulness and Continuance Intention among Work-net Users

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Although many researches have been done to examine Web site adoption and success, relatively little is known about the role of online trust in the success of e-government Web sites in Korea. The purpose of this presented study was to identify the relationships between perceived quality(information quality, system quality, service quality), trust factors(trust in public sector, trust in Work-net), perceived usefulness and continuance intention among Work-net users. Based on the previous literature on DeLone and McLean’s IS success model, trust in the success of e-government Web sites and post-acceptance model of IS continuance, the research model and seven hypotheses were proposed. The survey was processed for about 5 weeks from Oct. 30 to Nov. 30, 2017. A total of 416 respondents were employed for the final analysis. The results show that information quality, service quality, and trust in public sector have a positive effect on trust in Work-net, and system quality has no statistically significant effect. In addition, trust in Work-net has a statistically significant effect on perceived usefulness and continuance intention. Implications of these findings and future research issues are discussed and suggested.
