The purpose of this study is to inquire of narrative on use experiences of the encouragement language of elementary school teacher. In this study, narrative is consisted of two teacher`s story on their use experiences of encouragement language in elementary school classroom. The results can be summarized the following three aspects. First, encouragement language is difficult to use, but it is very useful as teacher`s language. Second, encouragement language is consider of children, and it makes win-win emotion. Third, encouragement language is speed up children`s development. So, the usage of encouragement language can enhance the interaction between teacher and children. It is magic of language for children`s positive emotion. And it is expect to children`s improvement.
