미술치료가 한 부모가정 아동의 스트레스 및 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 미술치료가 한 부모가정 아동의 스트레스 및 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 개인미술치료를 실시하였고 회기 중에 “짝 프로그램”을 일부 추가하였다.
대상 아동은 B시 소재 초등학교 4학년에 재학 중인 여학생으로 또래관계가 형성 되지 않는 어려움 등으로 의뢰되었다.
미술치료 프로그램은 B시 S 지역아동센터에서 2018년 10월부터 2019년 3월까지 주1 회 50분 동안 총 24회기에 걸쳐 실시되었고 프로그램 중 15회 ~ 20회기에 걸친 6회기 동안은 친사회적 행동 향상을 위해 또래와 함께하는 짝 미술치료를 실시 하 였다.
측정 도구로는 아동의 스트레스를 측정하기 위하여 박선희(1991)가 개발하고 최영희 (2002)가 청소년의 스트레스를 측정하기 위해 사용하였던 내용을 재구성하여 초등학교 아동들에게 사용하였던 것이며 아동의 친사회적 행동 수준을 측정하기 위해서 Wrightsman(1974)가 사용한 이타성 척도, Eisenberg(1989)의 이타성 자기보고척도 및 Fey(1995)가 사용한 타인수용척도를 분석하여 정희원.김경연(2005)이 개발한 척도 를 재구성하여 사용하였다. 투사그림검사로는 동적학교 생활화(KSD)그림검사의 사전 . 사후 결과를 비교 분석 하였다.
이와 같은 방법으로 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 미술치료가 스트레스지각 검사의 하위영역인 학교생활, 자신문제, 가정생활에서 스트레스가 줄어드는 긍정적인 변화를 보였고 대인관계에서는 약간의 스트레 스가 상승한 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 친사회적 행동 척도 검사에서 전체적인 점수는 상승하여 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 양보 및 자기희생 하위영역에서는 미미한 수준의 점수 하락이 나타났다.
셋째. 동적학교생활화(KSD) 그림검사에서 나타난 친구와의 관계에 있어 변화는 긍정적이었다. 사전검사에서는 짝지의 괴롭힘과 폭행으로 인하여 학교생활이 아동에게는 부정적인 장소이었으나, 사후검사에서는 사전검사 때 보다 많은 친구가 표현되고 역동성이 보이는 등 학교가 긍정적인 장소로 변화한 것을 볼 수 있었다.
결론적으로 미술치료가 한 부모가정 아동의 스트레스 감소와 친사회적 행동 향상 에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of art therapy on stress and prosocial behaviors of single parent family children by performing personal art therapy. And some “pair programs”have been added in this process.
The target child is a 4th grade female student attending elementary school in B city. It was commissioned by the mother's request that there was a problem with peer relationships.
The art therapy program was held at the local children's center for a total of 24 sessions from October 2018 to March 2019, once a week for 50 minutes. During the six sessions of 15 to 20 sessions of the program, art therapy with peers was conducted to improve prosocial behavior.
As a measurement tool, it was developed by Park Sunhee (1991) to measure the stress of the child, and Choi Younghee (2002) reconstructed the contents used to measure the stress of the youth and used it for the elementary school children. In order to measure the level of social behavior of children, Jeong Hee Won and Kim Kyung Yeonwe analyzed the altruistic scale used by Wrightsman(1974), the self-report scale of altruistic by Eisenberg(1989) and the scale of other people used by FEY, And the developed scale was reconstructed by them(2005). The picture test was conducted by comparing the pre and post test of Kinetic School Drawing(KSD) picture test
The results of this study are as follows.
First, art therapy showed a positive change in stress, which is a sub - area of stress perception, in school life, self - problem, and family life. In interpersonal relationships, there is a little but increased stress
Second, the pro-social behavior scale test showed a positive effect on the overall score, but a slight drop in scores on the concession and self-sacrifice sub-area.
Third, the change of between friends was positive in the KSD picture test. In the pre-test, school life was a negative place for the child due to the bullying and assault of the partner. But in the post-test, it is seen that more friends are expressed and dynamism , and the school has changed into a positive place.
In conclusion, art therapy has positive effects on stress reduction and prosocial behavior improvement of child in a single parent family.
