유상(儒商) 윤리(倫理) 一考察(일고찰) -『論語(논어)』를 중심으로 = Confucian Business Ethics -Concentrating on 『Analects』

I am trying to find the Confucian business ethics(儒商倫理) by this article based on Analects. Generally speaking, Western business ethics consists of several elements. The key element is weighing econometric growth. In that point, we need to establish an Eastern business ethics which emphasizes human inner growth and self-cultivation. In the mean time, we endure two kinds of big problems ; Asian foreign exchange crisis 1997 and global finance crisis 2008. At these situations, we need to discuss more efficient factors for business ethics worldwide. Besides Western formal factors of business ethics, we need to consider different other essential elements from Eastern, Confucian business ethics. Firstly, enterprisers must do self-cultivation by union of benevolence and knowledge(仁知合一). This is a individual aspects of business ethics. There are filiality-brotherly love(孝悌) and self-control(克己), purification of nature and emotion(性情涵養), self-reflection(examination) and just moral judgment. Secondly, leadership as a enterpriser by loyalty and mutual credit(inter-business credit)(忠信合一). In this, diligence, honesty, frugality, just(直) ethics, reverence, faithfulness etc. Lastly, the pursue of profit by the union of righteousness and profit(義利合一). In this, justification of pursue of righteous profit, the attitude of taking pleasure in living in poverty.
