장애인체육시설의 유니버설디자인 적용에 대한 요구분석 = Analysis of demands on the application of universal design for sports facilities for the disabled

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유니버설디자인의 본질에 입각하여 수요자 중심에서 현재 장애인체육관에서 통합프로그램을 운영하는 운영 관련자와 이용자들을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하고 이들이 이용하고 있는 체육시설에 유니버설디자인을 적용하기 위하여 어떠한 요구를 하고 있는지 조사하여 분석하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 연구목적에 부합하는 문헌 4건을 수집하여 내용분석을 실시하였다. 문헌분석 결과를 토대로 포커스 그룹인터뷰의 질문내용과 이용자의 요구조사의 설문내용을 구성하였다. 장애인체육관에서 통합프로그램을 운영하고 있는 운영관련자 13명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰내용은 모두 전사하여 내용분석을 실시하였다. 또한 이용자의 요구조사의 내용을 SPSS 23을 통하여 빈도 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 문헌조사를 통하여 본 연구의 목적을 위하여 포커스그룹 안터뷰과 요구조시에 반영하기 위한 8가지 요인을 추출하였다. 둘째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 유니버설디자인 적용을 위한 3가지 측면인 시설 및 이용, 보유 운동장비 및 향후 구비 희망 운동 용품, 프로그램 및 지도자의 측면의 현황, 문제점 및 시사점을 도출하였다. 셋째. 이용자의 요구조사를 통하여 유니버설디자인 적용에 있어 노인과 비장애인은 호의적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 향후 이용하고 싶은 프로그램 및 시설은 체력단련과 수영 순으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, a demand survey was conducted for users and users who are currently operating an integrated program at the gymnasium for the disabled, focusing on the consumer. Its purpose is to investigate and analyze what kind of requests are being made in order to apply UD to the sports facilities they are using.To this end, we collected 4 documents suitable for the research purpose and analyzed the contents. Based on the results of the literature analysis, the questionnaire content of the focus group interview and the questionnaire content of the user's needs survey were composed. Focus group interviews were conducted with 13 people related to management who are running an integrated program at the gym for the disabled. All interview contents were transcribed and analyzed. In addition, frequency analysis of the content of user's demand survey through SPSS 23 The following results were derived. First, for the purpose of this study, eight factors were extracted to reflect the focus group's eye view and demand. Second, through focus group interviews, the three aspects for applying UD, such as facilities and use, exercise equipment in possession, and exercise equipment desired to be provided in the future, the current status, problems, and implications of the aspects of programs and leaders were derived. third. Through the user's needs survey, it was found that the elderly and the non-disabled were favorable in the application of UD. In addition, the programs and facilities to be used in the future appeared in the order of physical fitness and swimming.
