정보화 시대의 직업의식의 변화와 새로운 직업윤리의 특징 = A View on the Change of Occupational Consciousness and the New Occupational Ethics in the Information Age

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정보화 사회는 새로운 기술의 발달로 과학기술의 이념화 현상이 가속화되고, 새로운 직업구조와 직무형태가 등장함으로써 전통적인 직업의식에 변화를 초래하고 있다. 직업윤리가 새로운 시대적 환경에 적응할 뿐 아니라, 새로운 사회질서를 형성시켜 나가는데 기여하기 위해서는 전통적인 직업의식 및 직업윤리관의 쇄신을 필요로 한다.
새로운 직업윤리는 고도 기술사회에서 등장한 ‘비판적 체계사고’에 바탕한 진화적 가치 인식에 기초한다. 새로운 직업윤리의 특징은 개인적 차원의 직업윤리에서 사회적 차원의 직업윤리로 의 전환이며, 지식과 정보의 가치에 대한 비판적 전환이다. 따라서 전통적인 직업윤리의 주요덕목인 직업적 정체성과 직분의식은 진화적 직업관의 측면에서 일의 가치에 근거한 새로운 차원의 정체성과 직분의식으로의 갱신을 요하며, 책임감 역시 대 사회적 기능을 강조하는 공공의 영역으로 중심이 이동될 것을 요청한다. 또한 정보화 사회의 직업윤리가 갖는 부정의한 체계변경에 대한 의무와 공공책임성은 신뢰성을 가진 윤리적 네트워킹으로 나타난다. 정보화 사회에서 직업세계의 자기조직은 전체체계적 관점 에서 참여와 협동, 상호부조와 조화를 추구하는 진화적 정신에 바탕한 직업윤리를 필요로 하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The traditional occupational consciousness in the information society, because of the ideology of scientific technology, is requested to change by the help of the rapid technology development, the introduction of new occupational structure and new form of duty behaviour. In order to contribute forming new social order and also to adapt ourselves to the new periodical environment, we should renew the traditional occupational consciousness and occupational ethics.
The new occupational ethics is based on the recognition of evolutionary value on 'the critical systems thinking' appeared at the high-technology society. The traits of new occupational ethics are the conversion of occupational ethics from the individual level into social level and its critical conversion into the value of knowledge and information.
Accordingly, the occupational identity and the occupational consciousness as the traditional major virtues of occupational ethics are required to renew their identity and consciousness, from the point of evolutionary occupational consciousness, into the new level of them based on the value of working.
And the sense of responsibility is also asked to move its axis into the public spector that emphasizes its social function. Also, the obligation and public responsibility for the unjust system change the occupational consciousness of information society includes shows up in the form of trustworthy ethical networking.
In the information society, moreover, the self-organization of occupational systems, from the point of the whole system, is asking a new occupational ethics based on the evolutionary spirit which pursues our participation and cooperation, mutual aid and harmony.
