서울시 재개발/재건축 단지의 소셜믹스에 대한 거주민 의식 및 실태조사

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to understand the consciousness of residents of social mix complexes supplied during the recent redevelopment/reconstruction process, identify the physical status of the survey target site, and propose a plan to successfully expand social mix complexes in the future. In order to understand residents’ consciousness and status of social mix, based on previous studies, it consisted of 25 questions in 5 areas including residents’ housing satisfaction, social mix complex, neighborhood bonds, actual use of community facility, and 6 socio-demographic questions. The results were as follows : 1) It is necessary to consider local, infrastructure, and community facilities before indiscriminately mixing pre-sale and rental-dong just to fill the volume. 2) Institutional improvement is needed to give everyone a same opportunity to participate communities. 3) Although both residents are mixed for the purpose of easing the floor area ratio, It is judged that social mixing is playing a net role in terms of policy. 4) Social mix policy should be accompanied by improving the consciousness of residents of mixed complexes.
