위탁영농회사의 운영실태에 관한 연구 : 전남·북 지역을 중심으로 With an Emphasis in Chonnam-Chonbuk Province = A Study on the Situation of Agricultural Trust Farm Management Firm

This case study is an attempt to analysis management of Trust Farm Management Firm in Chonnam-buk Province. Agricultural work trust has been rapidly formulated in '80 years because of the extension of medium sized agricultural machinery. Early in the '80 years. Agricultural work trust was namely practiced trust organization for the aske of efficiency of a gricultural machinery. Agricultural work-trust organization can be classified into three large groups; indivisual work-trust, farming group of mechanization and trust farm management firm.
The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows;
1. Agricultural Trust Farm Management Firm manages only to trust money of agricultural work（except Jisan Trust Farm Management Firm）
2. One out of six firms shows a deficit operation, the other firms keep in the black
3. Trust Farm Management Firm manages only to three or four months out of the year.
