In this study, suggestion of stability analysis method of soil nailing method for excavation and slope reinforcement using limit moment equilibrium condition, analysis of laboratory model test and field monitoring, were performed. Considering soil condition and construction step of our country, the development of stability analysis method for soil nailing method considered ① reinforcement in the pressure-injected type, ② stability analysis method of facing, ③variation of vertical spacing, ④ stability analysis at the corner part, ⑤stability analysis of nail-rockbolt mixed structure, ⑥ pretensioned nail, ⑦ berm,⑧the prediction of displacement of wall facing and ground settlement behind wall with variable construction step using boundary element method. Also, large-scale directly shear test and laboratory pressure-injected grout test were performed in the view of development of new reinforcement and study of interaction between reinforcement and soil. Also, criteria of field monitoring compatible to the construction field in the country and the behavior of wall facing were analyzed.
