Loss of the coronal part of a permanent incisor in a young patient can cause esthetic and functional problems
which may cause emotional stress. In case of complicated crown-root fracture below gingival level, establishing
proper biological width is critically important. We reviewed on a patient who had fractured anterior tooth. With
multidisciplinary approach, endodontic, orthodontic, and prosthodontic treatments were planned. Orthodontic forced
eruption was designed to provide sufficient tooth structure with proper dentogingival relationships and to place a
single crown restoration.
