다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Due to the social atmosphere that neglects sexual communication, young people are having difficulty in sexual self-assertion, such as not being able to demand active contraception. These difficulties cause social problems such as unwanted pregnancy, experience of artificial abortion, and the occurrence of sexual mediated diseases due to unprepared sexual intercourse.
To solve this problem, the purpose of the study was to establish correct sexual values of young people and improve their ability to make healthy sexual decisions.
In this study, the theoretical review of youth sex culture, the current status and limitations of sex education at home and abroad were analyzed, and based on this, surveys, in-depth interviews, and co-creation workshops were conducted to set the problem of sex culture and desirable direction of sex culture. In addition, through in-depth interviews with experts, specific areas for improving youth sex culture were confirmed.
By synthesizing the previous survey, five personas were designed according to behavioral mapping and a journey map was produced. Based on the pain points of the persona derived from the travel map, a four-step process was established to diagnose, establish, practice, and plan.
The results and contents of the study are as follows. First, a ‘Couple Growthtalk.’ toolkit in the form of a workbook was produced. The toolkit consists of four stages: activities to establish sexual values and activities for sexual decision-making, and was produced with an emphasis on improving sexual communication between lovers. Second, through the support of the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s governance project, the ‘Couple Growthtalk.’ toolkit in the form of an easy-to-access mobile web has been actually implemented, and it can be expected to spread through the Kakao Talk sharing function. Third, for the ‘Couple Growthtalk.’ toolkit, we tried to increase the participation of young people by producing promotional videos in collaboration with companies.
Based on the previous text, This study has theoretical significance in that it discovered sexual communication problems of youth sex culture that were not covered in previous studies and derived solutions through service design methodology, and has practical significance in that a real prototype for a healthy youth sex culture was implemented by the collaboration of government-company-individual through the Bottom- Up method that young people work as a main body.
This is expected to help the growth of a society of healthy sex culture where the happiness and safety of young people are realized in the future.

성적 의사소통을 금기시하는 사회적 분위기로 인해 청년들은 적극적인 피임을 요구하지 못하는 등 성적 자기주장의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 어려움은 원하지 않은 임신과 인공유산 경험, 준비되지 않은 성교로 인한 성매개성 질환 발생 등의 사회적 문제를 야기한다.
이를 해결하기 위해, 본 연구는 청년의 올바른 성적가치관의 형성과 건강한 성적 의사 결정을 내릴 수있는 능력 향상을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 청년 성문화의 이론적 고찰과 국내외 성교육 현황을 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 설문조사, 심층 인터뷰 그리고코크레이션 워크숍을 진행하여 수요자가 생각하는 현성문화의 문제점과 바람직한 성문화의 방향성을 설정하였다. 또한, 전문가 심층 인터뷰를 통해 구체적인청년 성문화의 개선 필요 영역을 종합하여 행동 매핑에 따라 5명의 퍼소나를 설계하고 여정 맵을 제작하였다. 여정 맵에서 도출한 퍼소나의 페인 포인트를 바탕으로 진단하기, 확립하기, 연습하기, 계획하기 4단계의 프로세스를 구축하였다.
연구 결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 워크북 형태의 ‘성장톡’ 툴킷을 제작하였다. 툴킷은 성적 가치관을 성립하기 위한 활동과 성적 의사 결정을 위한 활동으로 총 4가지 단계로 구성되며, 연인 간 성적 의사소통 향상에 중점을 두어 제작하였다. 둘째, 서울시거버넌스 사업의 지원을 통해 접근성이 용이한 모바일 웹 형태의 ‘성장톡’ 툴킷을 실제 구현하였으며, SNS 공유기능을 통해 확산을 기대할 수 있다. 셋째, ‘성장톡’ 홍보영상을 제작하기 위해 기업과 협업하여청년들의 참여를 높이고자 하였다.
본 연구는 선행연구에서 다루어지지 않았던 청년성문화의 성적 의사소통 문제를 발견하고 서비스 디자인 방법론을 통해 솔루션을 도출했다는 점에서 이론적 의의가 있다. 또한, 정부-기업-개인이 협업하여바텀-업(Bottom-Up) 방식으로 청년이 주체가 되어건강한 청년 성문화를 위해 실제 프로토타입을 구현했다는 점에서 실무적 의의가 있다. 이는 향후에 청년의 행복과 안전이 구현되는 건강한 성문화 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
