교양회계교육을 통한 핵심역량이 협업능력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Effect of Core Competencies on Collaborative Competencies through General Education of Accounting Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

[연구목적] 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 한 회계교육을 통해 주요 핵심역량(4C) 중 문제해결 및 비판적 사고, 창의력, 의사소통 역량이 협업능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
[연구방법] 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 2020년 2학기 C대학 교양회계수업을 수강한 396명을 대상으로 하여 문제해결 및 비판적 사고, 창의력, 의사소통 역량이 협업능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 실시하였다. 또한 교양회계교육에 대한 효과를 파악하기 위하여 검증모형에 교양회계수업 수강 후 더미변수를 추가한 분석모형에 대해서도 분석을 실시하였다.
[연구결과] 실증분석 결과, 문제해결 및 비판적 사고, 창의력, 의사소통 역량이 협업능력에 통계적으로 유의한 양(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이와 같은 결과는 교양회계 수업 수강 전과 수강 후 모두 동일한 결과가 제시되었다. 교양회계교육에 대한 효과를 파악하기 위한 검증모형에서는 교양회계 수업 후 창의력 요인만 교양회계강좌 수강생의 협업력 요인에 통계적으로 유의한 양(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
[연구의 시사점] 본 연구의 결과로 볼 때, 교양회계교육을 통해 수강생의 모든 핵심역량(4C)을 높이는 것은 한계가 있다는 것을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 다만, 교양회계강의를 통해 수강생의 창의력 증진을 통한 협업력 증대에는 어느 정도 도움이 될 수 있다고 판단된다. 또한 향후 교양회계교육을 통한 대학생의 핵심역량을 높이기 위한 교양회계교육에 대한 관심과 추가적인 연구가 요청된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to analyze how problem－solving, critical thinking, creativity, and communication capabilities affect collaboration capabilities among major core competencies (4C) through accounting education for college students.
[Methodology] In order to achieve the research purpose, this study conducted an empirical analysis of 396 students who took general education of accounting classes at C University in the second semester of 2020 on how problem - solving, critical thinking, creativity, and communication capabilities affect collaboration capabilities. In addition, in order to understand the effectiveness on general education of accounting, an analysis was conducted on the verification model in which dummy variables were added after taking the general education of accounting class.
[Findings] As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that problem - solving, critical thinking, creativity, and communication ability had a statistically significant positive (＋) effect on collaboration ability, and these results were presented before and after taking liberal arts accounting classes. In the verification model to understand the effectiveness of liberal arts accounting education, only the creativity factor after liberal arts accounting class had a statistically significant positive (＋) effect on the cooperative factor of liberal arts accounting students.
[Implications] From the results of this study, it can be seen that there is a limit to enhancing all core competencies (4C) of students through general education of accounting. However, it is judged that the general education of accounting lecture can be of some help in increasing the collaboration ability by enhancing the creativity of students. In addition, there should be interest and concerns in accounting to enhance the core competencies of college students through general education of accounting in the future.
