This study aims to look into the relationship between physical activity with the physical self-concept, self-rated health, self-efficacy, and depression to present a solution in a coming super-aged society. The study subjects were 450 participants of a senior model training program, and 372 questionnaires were used for the data processing. The result shows that the physical self-concept had a positive(+) impact on self-rated health and self-efficacy to some extent, and the physical self-concept appeared to have a negative(-) impact on the relationship with depression. In conclusion, this study confirmed that the senior model training activity had positive impacts on the physical and mental health of the seniors and that it can be used as empirical evidence on the wide range of usage of senior model training activities.
