For this paper we have estimated the insulating aging characteristics for oil-filed transformers when accelerating aging cell which we especially have manufactured was aged during 60 hours at 100, 150, 180 and 200[℃], individual. Also we have analyzed CO, C02, C2H6, CH4, C2H4, C3H8, T.C.G.(total combustible gas) and furan compound dissolved in mineral oil using DGA(dissolved gas analysis) and HPLC(high performance liquid chromatograph). As a result, we could know that dissolved gases in oil, furan compound and tensile strength of paper were correlated for thermal aging
