본 연구는 다도예절교육 프로그램이 시설이용 청소년에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 알아보고자 하였고 실천방향으로 나아가 선도하고 치료하여 한 인격체로 성장할 수 있도록 기여하는데 연구 목적을 두었다.
현대사회는 정보화 및 개방화 사회에 따른 문화적 환경이 점차 복잡해지고 급변하는 상황으로 인하여 가치관의 혼돈과 물질 만능 주의적 사고로 인한 도덕적 정체성 문제 및 자아상실 등의 문제들이 제시되고 있다. 이러한 사회적 현상이 청소년기 학생들의 바람직한 인성형성에 부정적인 영향을 미치게 되어 청소년 범죄 및 문제행동들을 발생시키고 있다. 선행연구에 의하면 미술심리치료 음악심리치료, 타로심리치료, 원예심리치료 등과 함께 다도 예절이 시설이용 청소년들의 인성 변화에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험결과 청소년들의 성취감, 안정성, 자율성, 자아실현 등의 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.
본 연구에서 제시하고자 하는 다도 교육 프로그램은 시설 청소년들이 타인을 사랑하는 마음과 자기를 절제하고 타인을 존중하는 예절을 익힐 수 있도록 정서 순화교육으로 큰 교육적 효과를 미칠 수 있음을 확인하고 그 활성화 방안을 확립하고자 한다.
이를 위해 다도 교육이 시설 청소년의 인성 변화의 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 프로그램을 갖추어야 하며 효율적인 다도교육을 통하여 시설 청소년의 바람직한 자아형성과 가치관의 확립을 위한 건전한 방향을 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다.
위에서 기술한바와 같이 시설이용 청소년들의 올바른 인성변화를 도모한다는 연구목척을 달성하기 위해 설정된 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 다도교육이 시설 청소년의 행동과 태도변화에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가?
둘째, 다도교육을 받은 후 시설 청소년들의 만족도는 어떤가?
셋째, 다도교육을 받은 청소년들의 인성변화에 대한 담당교사들의 평가는 어떠한가?
본 연구에서 연구문제의 검증을 위해 다음과 같은 연구의 방법과 절차를 걸쳐 진행되었다.

Modern society based on social and cultural environment, information and openness is becoming increasingly complex due to the rapidly changing situation, a universal liberal values and substance of the chaos caused by accidents such as loss of moral self-identity issues and problems are presented.
These social phenomena are negatively impacting that desired formation of the adolescent students and it raise juvenile delinquency and problem behavior
According to previous studies, art psychotherapy, music, psychotherapy, psychotherapy tarot, gardening, tea etiquette, along with psychotherapy use this facility for young people about the impact of changes in toughness of the youth achievement test results, reliability, autonomy, self- actualization, and etc. We could know positive effect.
In this study, that you want to present an emotions purified education tea training facility youth for others to loving heart and self-moderated and for learning courtesy to respect others, and we can confirm greater educational effect, we should establish its activation measures.
For this ceremony, we need a program to cope with that can respond effectively the personality change of youth training facilities. As an efficient teaism education, youth facilities for the establishment of a desirable self-image values, to provide sound direction for the purpose of this study was placed.
As stated above, Research problems for research purposes that young people using the facility promote change in adolescents' right toughness in order to achieve are set.
First, What is the effect that Tea education change behaviors and attitudes of young people who is in the facilities?
Second, are young people who trained the Tea education satisfied?
Third, what is the teacher's evaluation about toughness change young people who trained the Tea education?
In this study, as verification of research issues, the following research was conducted over the methods and procedures.
The study subjects came to Gyeongnam Institute for Children and Young People Counselling of students trained in the teaism for young people were 128.
Tea Education were carried out with 2 persons while attending etiquette teacher of each program-specific in the ceremony.
In addition, after the ceremony conducted by trained, about Self-assessment of youth facilities and youth trained in the tea ceremony, 13 Teachers in each field investigated satisfaction after tea education programs. For this, using SPSS program the frequency and percentage about the survey items were calculated. T-Test conducted by it and were analyzed.
Findings on survey of conducted with the above data are as follows.
After the ceremony was conducted than before training, in almost all areas, including emotional stability was expressed that satisfaction. Through this, Teaism program training educational effect that has a good attitude and mindset as the practical basic etiquette can be greater.
However, like facilities and lack of exercise etc. these complaints will be essentially improved in the future.
In addition, to the question about changing in the attitudes of youth who trained tea, teaism education was able to find that happy as an indoctrination training campus in improvement of the basic lifestyle.
Thus, teaism education facilities brings the desired attitude change to adolescents' emotional stability, etiquette, care, temperance area and as character education in terms of Behavioral and emotional, social, and physical toughness is plenty worth it.
In terms of Facilities are disappointing that many opportunities to experience were not provided subjectively to Individuals.
