      Today, environmental elements, more of street furniture or urban furniture, derived in public places are arranged in unsystematical status. The outdoor environment has seemingly deteriorated with a moderate improvement. In fact, the characteristic ways, in terms of functionality, rationality and emotivity, of designed and installed environmental elements in university campus is uncommon. Therefore, the purpose of this study aims on attribution Kyung Hee University's Suwon Campus' environment design system to generate appropriate designs and their role in granting more comfortable, more effective and more attractive place for those in higher educational institution's belonging members.
      This study divides and concentrates on the Campus' urban elements into the following factors: the presentation of light and illumination factor; communication of information factor; assistance of relaxation factor; and assistance of movement and moving regularity factor.
      Illustrating the current conditions with detailed analytical comments are exposed. The study also exhibits such reforming direction on each urban elements' design, materials, colors and its position within the Campus.
