도덕적 정체성 측정 도구들의 특징과 활용방법

국문 초록 (Abstract)

성실, 배려, 정의, 책임의 덕목을 두루 갖춘 도덕적인 인간을 길러내고자 하는 우리나라 도덕 과 교육의 목표로 미루어볼 때, 이러한 덕목들이 학습자 내면에 얼마나 잘 자리 잡고 있는지 확인하는 작업은 도덕과 교육의 효과를 공고히 하기 위해 반드시 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서 는 도덕적 정체성을 측정하고자 시도했던 경험적 연구들의 연구 결과들과 함께, 각각의 연구에 서 사용하였던 ‘좋은 자아 평가도구’(Good Self Assessment) ‘도덕적 가치 내면화 설문지’(Moral Values Internalisation Questionnaire) ‘도덕적 정체성에 대한 자기중요성 측정도구’(The Self -Importance of Moral Identity Measure)를 소개하고 그 특징과 활용방법에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이 세 가지 측정도구들은 도덕성과 자아의 통합 정도를 확인하기 위한 고유의 특징을 가지고 있어, 측정 목적에 맞게 선별하여 사용할 필요가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

With the assuming of purpose of moral education to foster moral people with the virtue of sincerity, justice, consideration, and responsibility, it is surely necessary to measure internalization or integration of those virtues for strengthening the effectiveness of moral education. This study introduces the characteristics and the applicable methods of ‘Good Self Assessment’, ‘Moral Values Internalisation Questionnaire’, and ‘the Self-Importance of Moral Identity Measure’, with the results from many empirical researches attempting to measure moral identity. Since these three measurements have the unique characteristic to measure the degree of integration between morality and identity, they need to be selected according to the purpose of measurement.
