한국게슈탈트 집단상담의 연구 동향: 아동ㆍ청소년 대상 연구를 중심으로 = Trend Research of Gestalt Group therapy in Korea: Focusing on Children and adolescence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 아동ㆍ청소년 대상 게슈탈트 집단상담의 연구 동향과 세부 내용을 살펴보고 현재의 위치와 앞으로의 과제를 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 1996년부터 2015년까지의 국내의 석,박사 학위 논문 및 국내 학술지에 게재된 게슈탈트 집단상담 논문 중 아동ㆍ청소년에 관련된 연구를 대상으로 하였다. ‘게슈탈트 상담’, ‘게슈탈트 집단치료’, ‘게슈탈트 관계성 향상 훈련 프로그램(GRIP)’ 등의 주제어를 가지고 한국연구재단 등재지 또는 등재후보 학술지에 게재 된 연구 아동ㆍ청소년 대상 게슈탈트 집단 상담에 관한 연구 69편을 분석하였다. 분석 방식은 크게 성과 및 과정성과연구로 구분하였고, 성과연구의 경우 총 65편, 과정성과 연구는 총 4편이었다. 성과 연구에서 세부적으로 연구대상의 연령과 특성, 회기구조 및 시간, 실험집단원의 수, 대표 종속변인, 추수평가 기간, 집단배정, 연구 설계, 처치집단 진행자, 프로그램 구성 등으로 나누어 기초통계분석을 하였다. 과정성과연구는 집단상담의 치료적 요인, 집단과정에 대한 사례의 질적 분석을 한 연구에 대해 기술하였다. 결과로 성과연구에 대한 편중현상이 두드러져 과정 연구 및 과정과 성과를 함께 살펴보는 통합적인 연구의 활성화가 필요하며, 프로그램에 있어서 특정 대상에 부합하는 개입방식을 세부적으로 구성해야할 필요성이 대두되었다. 또한 연구 설계에서의 엄격성과 과정 연구에서 절차를 정교하게 하고 타당성을 높이려는 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 여러 분석틀을 참고하였으나 주관성 개입이 가능성이 있고, 다양한 연구를 제한된 분석틀로 구분하는 데 한계가 있다. 또한 20년간의 게슈탈트 집단상담 관련 논문을 분석 대상으로 하였으나 그 범주가 작아 실제 현상과 동향을 충분히 반영하지 못했을 가능성이 제한점으로 남는다. 다만 최근까지의 아동과 청소년을 위한 게슈탈트 집단 상담을 살펴보고, 설계 및 구성의 장단점을 밝혀 앞으로의 발전 방향을 모색한다는 점에서 본 연구에 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the details and trends gestalt group therapy of Korea in child and adolescence and to determine the current position and future challenges. 69 pieces of research on children and adolescence target gestalt group therapy of the past 20 years were analyzed. Analysis methods are a total of 65 pieces of large cases were divided into performance and process studies, and research, research process was a total of 4 pieces. Divided into research and detail study of the age and characteristics, structures and session time, number of participants in the experimental group, represented dependent variables, subsequent evaluation period, group assignments, study design, treatment group facilitators, the program was configured, such as frequency analysis. Course study describes a qualitative analysis of case studies on therapeutic factors in group therapy group process. The study concentrated on the performance and development needs to stand out as a result of the activation process of research, it has emerged the need to do detailed configuring a specific intervention to meet the target in the program. Also it showed that require elaborate and efforts to increase the adequacy of the procedures in severity and course of study in the study design. Finally, the study was based on a discussion about the implications and limitations of this study.
