      The purpose of this study was to find out the improvement of agricultural education by agricultural teachers.
      There were several problems which were interfering with agricultural education today, such as the inferiority of agriculture, the weak farm foundation of students, the insufficient assistance of agricultural education, the structural problem of marketing, the heavy load of nonagricultural work to agricultual teachers etc.
      Suggestions to improve agricultural education were as follows;
      1. Agriculture had to be included in the balanced development of industrial society.
      2. Small number and picked education was the most important thing to improve agriculture development in the future. To aim at quality was better than quantity for agricultural education today.
      3. The activity of Future Farmers of Korea had to be strengthen with agricultural education concentrating on agricultural activity projects and farm management planning.
      4. The coeducation had to be thought much of agricultural education in the future.
