다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The history of mankind is that of conflict. The history has been developed with the conflict of interclass, interhierarchy, intergroup, and interstate.
In this status of conflict, the states of the third world have been forced to participate in several conflict or have taken part in it about the second world war. therefore, because of such a situation, they became the element of the striking problem of international politics. They have come to the front, on the ground of each nationalism of the third world, in pursuit of both independence and development of nation itself, in the process of the rise in an effort to exclude intervention and interference of the foreign nation.
That is, the status of interreligion, interrace, interclass, and intergroup in the dimension of state was conspicuous, as state was voluntarily and compulsorily attacked the intervention and interference of foreign power, the conflict of interstate results in its rise.
In Latin America of the third world nations, because the conflict was lengthened and sticked to historically, traditionally, and actually, it was suffered by that situation. Therefore, the main point at issue is the militarization of local countries.
On the or hand, because of historical, traditional, and actral reality of Latin America, on the other hand, because cuban revolution and American policy against Latin America, its situation was intensifeid.
In chapter 2, the military intervention, it's background, and it's causes of Latin America are studied on the found of historical and traditional dimension.
In chapter 3, according to the result of chapter 2 on the ground of the military situation, its reality was illuminated, accordingly the present peculiarity of military state was revealed.
In chapter 4, because of 1959' socialist cuban revolution, that several Latin America countries felt eminent impact and crisis consciousness and made efforts to encounter the spreading and effect of its revolution was studied.
In chapter 5, that American policy against Latin America lying emphasis on military aid leads the new appearance of military authorities was systematically studied.
Finally, that these day's military authorities of Latin America have existed continually, have been viciously repeated, and have new problems was presented.
In conclusion, that military authorities in Latin America have an effect on not only local conflict but also international conflict was surveyed and their prospect was discussed.
