The history of mankind is that of conflict. The history has been developed with the conflict of interclass, interhierarchy, intergroup, and interstate.
In this status of conflict, the states of the third world have been forced to participate in several conflict or have taken part in it about the second world war. therefore, because of such a situation, they became the element of the striking problem of international politics. They have come to the front, on the ground of each nationalism of the third world, in pursuit of both independence and development of nation itself, in the process of the rise in an effort to exclude intervention and interference of the foreign nation.
That is, the status of interreligion, interrace, interclass, and intergroup in the dimension of state was conspicuous, as state was voluntarily and compulsorily attacked the intervention and interference of foreign power, the conflict of interstate results in its rise.
In Latin America of the third world nations, because the conflict was lengthened and sticked to historically, traditionally, and actually, it was suffered by that situation. Therefore, the main point at issue is the militarization of local countries.
