A hybrid type wideband Low Noise Amplifier having bandwidth from 9㎑ to 2.6㎓ with a gain of 10±0.5㏈ and Noise Figure below 2.5㏈ is designed and fabricated using negative fee dback technique and impedance mismatching. Negative feedback technique is used to decrease gai n as increasing frequency and matching network is intentionally mismatched to have resonate peaking above 2㎓ range. The performance of Amplifier is measured to have a 10.5±0.8㏈ ripple Noise figure of the amplifier is below 2.5㏈ over frequency band from 10㎒ to 1.6㎓ and below 3㏈ from 1.6㎓ to 2.6㎓. Input VSWR are below 1.5 over entire measured range. 1㏈ compression point is measured +1.5㏈m at 2㎓.
