肉鷄後期飼料의 給與時期가 鷄肉의 理化學的 成長에 미치는 影響 = Effect of Feeding Time of Finisher Diets on Growth in Broiler

국문 초록 (Abstract)

本 試驗은 肉鷄後期飼料의 給與時期를 3週齡(A) 4週齡(B) 5週齡(C) 및 6週齡(D)時 달리했을 때 브로일러의 成長에 미치는 影響을 살펴보고자 1985年 5月 2日부터 同年 6月 13日(42日間)에 걸쳐 晋州農林專門大學 動物飼育場 育雛室에서 實施하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다.
1. 增體量은 3주령시 給與區(A)가 2,272.15g로 가장 좋았으며 각 구간에 差異(p<0.01)가 인정되었다.
2. 飼料攝取量은 4주령시 給與區(B)가 5,256.31g로 타구에 비해 良好했으며 각 구간에 差異(p<0.01)가 있었고 飼料要求率도 각 구간에 차이가 있었다(p<0.01).
3. 産肉指數는 A구(330.70) B구(280.16) D구(267.02) 및 C구(263.00)로 각 구간에 差異가 인정되었다(p<0.01).
4. 屠體率은 A구(73.13) C구(71.98) B구(71.83) 및 D구(71.76) 順으로 나타났다.
5. 肉鷄 1首當 收入은 A구가 480,22으로 가장 좋았고 B구(364,29원), C구(304,71원) 및 D구(244,92원)의 順이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of feeding time of broiler finisher diets at 3 weeks(A), 4 weeks(B) , 5 weeks(C) and 6 weeks(D) on growth in broiler for 42 days from May 2, 1985 to June 13, the same year at brooder house, Chinju Agricultural and Forestry Junior Technical College. The results obtained were summarized as follws:
1. Body weight gain was the highest in the A plot(2,272.15g)and there were significant(P<0.01) differences between the all plots.
2. Feed intake was superior in the B plot(5,256.31g) to the other plots and there were significant (p<0.01) differences between the all plots, and feed conversion was significant (p<0.01) differences between the all plots.
3. Point spread was 330.70(A), 280.16(B), 267.02(D) and 263.00(C) in the order and there were significant(p<0.01) differences between the all plots.
4. Dressing percentages was 73.13(A), 71.98(C), 71.83(B) and 71.76(D) in the order.
5. In economical analysis of broiler production per bird the income was the highest in the A plot in the order of 480.22(A), 364.29(B), 304.71(C) and 244.92 won(D).
