혁신형 중소기업의 운영제도 방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Operational System Plan of Innovative SMEs

Innovation has been the subject of many scholars in many areas, including economics, political science, and commercial science. First, innovation is a creative process that brings something new. Second, innovation is the process by which adopters adopt and implement new products. Third, the concept of innovation is regarded as the invention and new perception of the product itself. Innovative SMEs are more technologically innovative than other SMEs, and the standards adopt indicators of new product development performance, patents, number of technological innovations and innovation activities, and indicators of literature standards. Innovative SMEs can be divided into two categories. One is Innobiz as a technology innovative SME, and the other is called Main Biz as a management innovation SME. There are three types of certification for innovative SMEs: venture, INNOBIZ, and Main Biz. The analysis is based on the sample of corporations, excluding private companies. Therefore, innovative SMEs are also important for expanding social policy, creating jobs and generating profits. Management innovation is the process by which an organization introduces and implements new ideas into its social structure. Management innovations include structural innovations, new changes that represent organizational structures and management skills, such as organizational structures, personnel policy, information and control systems, wage management, and human resource innovation. This study intends to propose effective support plans and revitalization plans for each growth stage to fully share the advantages of each sector and maximize the utilization of distributed resources for innovative SMEs.
