The game performance can be improved not by the reformation of only one factor, but by that of as many factors as possible. Athletes themselves, trainers, and information donors evaluated the tennis game performance. Through this evaluation, it is the aim of this study to develop and provide the training program model for improving the tennis game performance. For this, athletes themselves, trainers, and information donors evaluated the game on the ground of the two-season game result - the year 2000 and 2001. After analysing the game results, we found the following problems. First, first serve has the low determination of 10%. Second, the determination of the ground stroke is 36%, but the dependence of the ground stroke leads to the defensive game dissipating over 74% energy. Third, among other game skills, volley has the success of under 50% at the decisive chance. Accordingly, in order to enter higher rank, physical consumption must be reduced through the reinforcement of serve power, and at the same time the determination of the ground stroke must be improved.
To improve physical fitness, mentality, and the tennis game performance, the long-term training plan must be established. This training program must include the yearly training plan adjusted to the tennis game season. The program for improving physical fitness consists of high-power training - divided into general physical training and professional physical training.
