The objective of experiment reported here is to predict the accurate value of heat from different light source types. The cooling load factors for heat from light fixture is characterized by a default value of Watts per fixture and ratio of light heat to space.
The results indicated that when the heat produced from lighting fixtures is calculated considering the lamp specifications a more accurate value at heat can be determined.
Using the exhaust of the lighting equipment will be able to reduce cooling loads
