경력단절여성의 문화적 자기관과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 다중역할계획태도의 조절효과 = The Moderating Effect of Attitudes toward Multiple Role Planning on the Relationship between Cultural Self-construal and Psychological Well-Being in Career Interrupted Women.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 35-44세 초대졸 이상의 학력을 가진 경력단절여성을 대상으로 문화적 자기관과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 다중역할계획태도의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 온라인과 오프라인 조사를 병행하여 256명의 경력단절여성에게 자료를 수집하였다. 주체성-대상성 자기, 다중역할계획태도, 심리적 안녕감을 측정하였으며 응답자료는 SPSS 22.0와 SPSS macro program을 통해 분석되었다. 그 결과 주체성 자기관은 정적으로, 대상성 자기관은 부적으로 심리적 안녕감과 상관관계를 보였으며 다중역할계획태도 지식/확신성, 몰입, 개입은 모두 심리적 안녕감과 정적 상관을 보였다. 다중역할계획태도 지식/확신성과 개입은 주체성 자기관과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 유의한 조절효과를, 몰입과 개입은 대상성 자기관과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 유의한 조절효과를 가진 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 경력단절여성의 문화적 자기관에 따라 다중역할계획태도를 차별적으로 적용해야 함을 시사하였다는데 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine moderating effect of attitude toward multiple role planning on the relationship between cultural self-construal and psychological well-being among career interrupted women aged from 35 to 44 who graduated from college. 256 Participants completed the Cultural Self construal Scale: Subjective, Objective, and Autonomous Selves, Attitudes Toward Multiple-Role Planning (ATMRP), and Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS). The collected data was analyzed by the SPSS 22.0 and SPSS　macro program to test the moderating effect. The result revealed that subjective self, objective self and subscales of ATMRP which are Knowledge/Certainty, Commitment and Involvement all showed a correlation with psychological well-being. Knowledge/Certainty and Involvement showed significant moderating effect on the relationship between subjective self and psychological well-being. Moreover, Commitment and Involvement have moderating effect on the relationship between objective self and psychological well-being. The findings of this study support differentially adapting attitudes toward multiple-role planning according to cultural self construal of the career interrupted women.
