국문 초록 (Abstract)

배경 : 본 연구는 건강검진자에서 공복혈당에 따른 고감도 C-반응성 단백질(high sensitivity C-reactive protein, hsCRP) 및대사증후군 발생에 대하여 알아보고, 특히, 현재 정상공복혈당으로 분류되는 110 mg/dL 미만군을 100 mg/dL 미만군과 그 이상의 군으로 이분하고, 이들 군 사이에 hsCRP 및 대사증후군 발생에 어떤 차이가 있는지 밝히고자 하였다. 방법 : 20세 이상 남자 3,221명, 여자 3,334명의건강검진자를대상으로 공복혈당에 따라 정상 I군(100 mg/dL 미만 군), 정상
