<감> 프로젝트 활동을 통한 유아의 자연친화적 태도 형성 = The Development of Nature-Friendly Attitudes in Young Children through Project <Persimmon>

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 <감>프로젝트 활동을 통하여 유아의 자연친화적 태도가 어떻게 형성되는지 살펴보고자 하는데 있다.
본 연구의 참여자는 D시 소재 J어린이집 만 3세 1학급 유아 13명(남 8명, 여 5명)을 대상으로 <감>프로젝트 활동에 관한 연구를 2019년 9월부터 2021년 6월까지 수행하였다.
본 연구는 문화기술지 연구로 프로젝트 활동 과정에서 참여관찰, 심층면접, 학부모 전화면담, 일화기록 등을 통하여 유아의 자연친화적 태도형성에 관련된 자료를 수집하고 분석 및 해석하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다
첫째 <감>프로젝트 활동을 통해 유아의 자연사랑 태도가 형성되었다. 유아들은 점진적 표상활동을 해봄으로써 자연에 관심을 가지게 되었으며 또한 다양한 감각기관을 활용하여 자연을 느끼고 관찰해봄으로써 자연에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 가지게 되었다.
둘째 <감>프로젝트 활동을 통하여 유아의 자연보호태도가 형성되었다. 유아들은 자연과 교감활동을 해봄으로써 자연을 소중히 여기는 마음이 생기게 되었고 주변 자연환경에 관심을 가지게 됨으로써 자연보호를 실천하고자 하는 태도를 가지게 되었다.
결론적으로 <감>프로젝트 활동을 통해 유아들은 자연을 느끼고 관찰하며 교감함으로써 자연에 대한 관심과 긍정적 태도, 그리고 자연을 보호하려는 자연친화적 태도가 형성되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine how nature-friendly attitudes are developed in
young children through project <Persimmon>.
The participants of the project were a class consisting of 13 (8 male, 5 female)
three-year-olds in kindergarten J located in city D, and the project <Persimmon> was
carried out from September 2019 to June 2021.
The current study took the method of ethnographic study and throughout the project
activity, the data regarding the development of nature-friendly attitudes in young children
were collected, analyzed, and interpreted via participant observation, in-depth interviews,
parent phone interviews, daily records, etc.
The results of the study are as follows.
First, the young children developed nature-loving attitudes through the project
<Persimmon>. The children gained interest in nature from step-by-step representation
activities and cultured positive attitudes towards nature by feeling and observing the
environment using their sensory system.
Second, the young children developed protective attitudes towards nature through the
project <Persimmon>. The children learned to take care of the environment through
communing with nature, and developed attitudes to practice environmental protection by
being interested in their surrounding natural environment.
In conclusion, the young children developed interests and positive attitudes towards nature
by feeling, observing, and communing with the natural environment and they also developed
nature-friendly attitudes.
