그림책을 활용한 교리교육 프로그램 모형 개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보다 흥미롭고 효과적인 어린이 교리교육을 위해 초등학교 저학년을 대상으로 그림책을 활용한 교리교육 프로그램과 교수법을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다.

이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 연구 과제는 다음과 같다.

1. 초등 저학년에게 가르쳐야 할 교리교육 항목에는 무엇이 있는가?
2. 교리교육 항목에 부합되는 그림책에는 어떤 것들이 있는가?
3. 그림책을 활용한 교리교육에 알맞은 교수․학습 모형은 어떻게 구성되어야 하는가?

이상의 연구 과제를 수행하기 위해 먼저 가톨릭 교리교육의 지침과 내용을 살펴보았다. 또한 발달적인 측면에서 어린이 교리교육의 의미와 종교적 발달 단계를 통해 초등 저학년 시기의 아동에게 알맞은 교리교육 항목을 선별하였다. 그리하여 각 교리 항목별로 활용 가능한 그림책을 선정하여 교수 설계를 시도하였다.

연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다.

첫째, 종교적인 목적을 가지고 만들어지지 않은 일반 그림책 중에서도 교리교육에 활용할 수 있는 다양한 도서를 찾아낼 수 있었다.
둘째, 교리교육 방법론에서 제시하는 교수 설계에 질문하기 전략을 응용하여 그림책을 활용한 교리교육을 위한 교수 학습 모형을 개발해 낼 수 있었다.

이 연구 결과를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있었다.

첫째, 종교적인 목적으로 제작된 그림책이 아닌 일반 그림책도 어린이 교리교육에 활용할 수 있다. 그러기 위해서는 가르칠 교리 항목을 고려하여 적절한 도서를 선택하고 내용을 분석하고 적용할 수 있는 교사의 능력이 요구된다.
둘째, 교사들의 독서지도 능력을 개발하기 위해서는 교리교사들을 위한 독서교육 프로그램이 마련되어야 한다.
셋째, 주일학교에서의 독서를 통한 교리교육은 종교적 지식뿐만 아니라 도덕적 인성교육도 함께 고려되어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study, Children's catechesis of the more interesting and effective for the target picture books, early elementary school education programs and teaching methods utilizing the doctrine is intended to develop.

To achieve the research objectives are as follows :

1. What are the teaching catechesis items for the early elementary school?
2. What are the picture book of the catechesis items ?
3. How should appropriate learning model for catechesis utilizing picture book be organized ?

First, we look see the guidelines for Catholic catechesis to carry out research projects. Also the appropriate catechesis items were selected to children in elementary school through in terms of development, children's catechesis and religious meaning of the developmental stages. so we've chosen the picture book that can take advantage of every doctrine by topic and tried to teaching design.

The results obtained through the study are as follows :

First, the general picture books that have not been created for religious purposes could get a variety book that was able to be useful the doctrine.
Second, Instructional design methodology presentes in catechesis to question on the application of strategies could be achieved by developing teaching and learning models for utilizing picture books catechesis.

The results of this study was to issue the following conclusions.

First, made for religious purposes as well as the usual picture books are able to use to children's doctrine.
To do this, consider it an appropriate book to teach doctrine, select the item, analyze information, and will require the ability of teachers that can be applied.
Second, Doctrine for teachers, literacy programs should be provided in order to develop the teacher's reading skill.
Third, Reading through the Sunday school catechesis and religious knowledge as well as the moral character education should be considered as well.
