At high thiosulfate ion and iodide ion concentration than the stoichiomet concentration of iodine, the rate constants of k´₁,k₁,k´₁/k₂,k´_(-1)/k₂ were determined. The rate constants in 0.1M NaClO₄ and 1×10^(-4)M HClO₄ for k₁, k´₁, k´₁/k₂, k´_(-1)/k₂were obtained as 4.55×10⁴M^(-1)·Sec^(-1), 3.74×10₄M^(-1)·Sec^(-1), 8.758×10^(-2)M^(-1), 2.391×10^(-4), respectively.
