Dance is one genre of arts created by a choreographer. A choreographer designs physical movement of dancers and educational design of dance is completed by choreography. A choreographer actually organizes and directs subjective essentials with objective substances. Choreography creates and expresses human's inside and outside by images. The most basic structure and form of educational behaviors is showing. It can be understood that directing performance of a choreographer has educational meaning. Therefore, showing is appeared well in arts and among the arts, dance can be representative. This research treats the process of experiential learning of choreographers who design choreography in dance which can be recognized as one of educational behavior, the showing. As a result of this research, Korean choreographers firstly direct thoughts cognized in daily life by a work and organize new cultural space. Second, they imitate dance based on traditionality and recreate it to their own style again. Third, they challenge various adventures and experiences for the whole behaviors directed on the stage. Fourth, they make an effort to recognize the work as a cultural art communicating with spectators by getting gout of the exclusive property of artists. Therefore, choreographers communicate with society through the dance and melt daily experiences into directing performance. Daily life of the choreographer can be understood as the stage and extension of life. In addition, it's important to keep traditionality of Korean dance and they should make lots of efforts to pass down to the next generation.
