      Lymphoscintigraphy is known to be a usefuland non-invasive modality for the evaluation of lymphaticabnormality. However, lymphoscintigraphy has limitationsin evaluating chyluria because of its lack of anatomicalinformation. Additional single-photon emission computedtomography (SPECT) combined with computed tomography(CT) was considered to be potentially helpful indetecting the abnormal lymphatico-renal communication.
      A 20-year-old male patient was referred to our hospitalfor evaluation of recurrent chyluria. During the third recurrenceof chyluria, additional SPECT/CT along withlymphoscintigraphy was performed for evaluation. Fromthe combined SPECT/CT images, lymphatic drainage ofradiotracers to the kidney was well visualized, helpingdiagnosis of a patient with chyluria.
