흰쥐에서 임신부의 열량 및 단백질의 변화가 태아와 유아의 성장 발달에 미치는 영향(Ⅰ) = The Effects of Maternal Protein and Calorie Nutrition on Fetal and Infant Development in Rats(Ⅰ)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

열량의 주된 급원이 지방 혹은 탄수화물일때 유일한 단백질의 급원을 각각 동량의 casein과 gluten 으로 한 식이를 임신전, 임신기, 수유기 동안 어미 쥐에게 먹여 사육시킨 후 어미와 새끼의 체중 및 장기 무게를 관찰 하였다. 임신전과 임신 중 어미 쥐의 체중 증가는 casein 섭취 군이 gluten 섭취 군보다 높았으나 새끼와 태반의 무게 및 uterine mass에는 각군 사이에 차이와 없어 단백질 질에 따른 영향의 대부분은 어미가 담당함을 알 수 있다.
그러나 이러한 영양 상태가 수유기 까지 계속되면 그 영향이 새끼에게 크게 미쳐 수유후의 새끼의 체중 및 각 기관의 무게는 gluten 군이 casein 군 보다 훨씬 저조 함을 알 수 있다.
어미와 새끼의 체중 및 장기의 무게에 열량의 급원을 변화시킴에 따른 차이는 없었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

High fat-casein (FC), high fat-gluten (FG), high carbohydrate-casein(CC), and high carbohydrate-gluten (CG) diets were fed to the pregnant and the lactating rats to study the effects of different sources of calories and proteins on the fetal and the maternal development. Rats fed casein diets gained more weight compared to the rats fed gluten diets during pre- and gestational periods, but there were no differences in fetal, placenta weights and uterine mass among the 4 experimental groups at the end of either 14 or 20 days of gestational periods. Maternal organ weights were not affected by the quality of protein fed during gestational period. During lactation, there were no significant differences in maternal body and organ weight changes among the groups, however the pups raised by mother fed casein diets gained more body and organ weights. Sources of calories had no effects on all the parameters studied either gestational or lactation periods.
