The aim of this paper is to study of the environmental evaluation and feasible government subsidy of CNG-hybrid bus comparing to Euro-6 diesel bus. To calculate the appropriate subsidy for CNG-hybrid bus, economic evaluation and profitability on each bus were analyzed. Economic evaluation consists of environmental costs, bus purchase, maintenance and oil. In profitability, bus purchase, maintenance and oil costs are considered. As the result of economic and profitable analyzation, economic validity of CNG-hybrid bus is 69million KRW better than Euro-6 diesel bus and regarding profitability, Euro-6 diesel bus is 15million KRW higher than CNG-hybrid bus. Thus, the validity of government subsidy support for CNG-hybrid bus is identified, where feasible amount of government subsidy is more than 15million KRW and less than 69million KRW. In that range of feasible subsidy, an amount leading to purchase CNG-hybrid bus rather than Euro-6 diesel is the appropriate subsidy amount.
