꼴라쥬를 통한 부부의사소통 증진 방안 연구 = A Study on the Promotion Method of Marital Communication through the Collage

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the promotion method of marital communication through the collage. The problems and conflict in marital relationship that lied in marital communication could be solved with collage technique which is used to applied in art therapy.
The therapeutic concept in promotion of marital communication through the collage was to reduce the self-defense between each other and help them express their interests through the collage. And dysfunctional communication style could be changed to proper functional style through the self-expression that occurred in the process of producing and explaining collage work.
The followings are goals of this study:
First, to explore their needs through the collage activity.
Second, to promote self value and self esteem through the clear perception about their role in family which could be experienced in collage activity.
Third, to re-explore themselves and figure out their needs through the collage activity.
Fourth, to help them express what they see, hear, feel and think about their spouse through the collage activity.
Fifth, to discuss their opinion and value-system in marital decision making process and help them to compromise through the collage activity.
Four method to promote marital communication were presented in this study based on therapeutic concept in collage and study goals. First, expression of inner feelings. Second, understanding of needs. Third, understanding of spouse after discernment about self. At last, marital communication could be promoted through stage of promotion of marital communication.
