It leads the concentration of patients in tertiary hospitals. Understanding consumers' perception and attitude to hospitals is a fundamental basis for efficient and effective hospital management, especially in very competitive industries such as large hospitals in Korea. Tertiary hospitals were compared in terms of hospital choice and satisfaction factors using correlation analysis and health policy. In order to figure out correlations between patient's hospital choice and health policies it is important what are influencing the factors of choice and which policies are enforcing.
The results showed low correlation between hospital choice and health policies. Factors influencing hospital choice were significantly influencing patient's satisfaction in three factors: freshness of medical equipments, medical facilities and environment care.
