      In order to clarify whether body composition and plasma lipids in 14 years old were changed by 8 weeks running exercise of not, the subjects were selected from middle girl school in J city.
      80 studints including obesity(n-40) and non-obesity studints(n=40) were used as human subjects and were divided into two groups(exercise and control group).
      The exercise group was jogged 3 days/week/ 8 weeks. Body composition and plasma lipids were measured after completion of the exercise program.
      As a result of experiment for 8 weeks, weight, skinfold and HDL-C was significantly changed in obesity-exercise group. % fat, TC, LDL-C and TG was significantly changed in obesity-exercise group and normal-exercise group. TC/HDL-C retio was significantly decreased in obesity-exercise group and normal-exercise group and was significantly increased in obesity-control group.
      These results suggest that aerobic exercise for 8 weeks effect on body composition and plasma lipids in middle girl student, especially in obesity student.
