고혈압 유병율에 관한 다수준 로지스틱 회귀분석 (multilevel logistic regression) = A Multilevel logistic regression analysis on the Hypertension prevalence rate (multilevel logistic regression)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 들어 건강에 관한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 성인병에 대한 관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 고혈압은 주요 성인병 중 하나로, 관상동맥질환, 뇌혈관질환, 심부전, 신부전, 말초혈관질환 등의 주요한 위험인자로 그 중요성을 더하고 있어 여러 분야에서 고혈압에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 2005 국민건강영양조사 제 3기 자료를 이용하여 여러 선행연구에서 발견된 위험인자들을 사용하여 고혈압 유병율에 대한 모형을 구축하고자 한다. 이 자료의 경우 계층적 구조를 가지기 때문에 일반적인 로지스틱 회귀분석을 적용시키는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 우리는 고혈압 유병율의 집단(조사구)별 차이를 확인하기 위하여 자료의 계층적 구조까지 고려할 수 있는 다수준 로지스틱 회귀분석(multilevel logistic analysis)을 고려한다. 그리고 일반 로지스틱분석과의 차이점을 알아보고, 특히 집단(조사구) 별로 고혈압 유병율에 차이가 있는지 알아본다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As a growing number of people are concerned about their health, the importance of management of geriatric diseases is emerging lately. As one of the major geriatric diseases, hypertension has been a topic of extensive research, considered as a highly important risk factor to cause coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular accident, cardiac failure, renal failure, and peripheral vascular disease. Based on the data released by "The Third Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(hereafter, KNHANES III)", this article aims to develop a model on hypertension prevalence rate, using risk factors reported in various studies so far. The data is in a hierarchical structure, which has a limitation to apply to general logistic regression analysis. Therefore, we consider multilevel logistic analysis to cover hierarchical structure of the data, in order to identify the difference by hypertension prevalence rate group (survey group). The study also examines the difference from general logistic analysis and investigates if there is any difference in hypertension prevalence rate by group (survey group), in particular.
