독도 홍보현황 고찰 －시마네현을 중심으로－ = Examination of Dokdo-related Public Promotion －Focusing on Shimane Prefecture－

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 일본의 독도홍보가 어디에서 어떻게 이뤄지고 있는지를 다뤘다. 논문에서도 밝히고 있듯이 일본의 독도홍보는 중앙과 지방정부는 물론 언론을 통해 다양한 방법으로 이루어지고 있다. 시마네현 죽도자료관에는 메이지시대 자료를 중심으로 다양한 독도관련 자료를 반복해서 전시해오고 있다. 그리고 시마네현교육위원회에서는 고등학생들의 독도에 대한 인식관련 감상문 경연대회를 통해 우수작품선정과 전시회를 개최함으로써 독도영유권 교육을 강화하고 있다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 시마네현의 독도홍보 근원지가 시마네현 현청(prefecture headoffice)에 상설 전시되어있는 죽도자료관(독도자료관)과 시마네현에서 운영하는 웹죽도문제연구소(Web竹島問題硏究所), 그리고 최근에 오키섬에 문을 연 `죽도자료수집시설(竹島資料收集施設)`, 별칭은 `구미 죽도역사관(久見竹島歷史館)`등이다 는 것을 밝히고 이에 대한 한국의 대응을 고려하는데 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper discusses how Japan is promoting Dokdo. As the study mentions, Japan`s Dokdo-related promotion is carried out via many different ways including promotion by the central government and provincial governments. In the Shimane Prefecture Jukdo reference center, various types of Dokdo-related data since the Meji era are displayed. Also, the Shimane Province board of education holds a student competition on Dokdo-related writings and an exhibition, and promotes Dokdo-related education. Therefore, this paper explains that Shimane Prefecture`s Dokdo promotion is based in the Jukdo reference center (Dokdo reference center) of the Shimane prefecture head office, the Web Jukdo Institute operated by Shimane Prefecture, and the recently opened Jukdo Data Collection Institute, also known as Jukdo History Center in Oki Island, and considers Korea`s response to this.
